Seattle Iyengar Yoga Studio regularly offers short workshops that focus on a specific topic in the practice of yoga. All of them are conducted by well-trained and highly qualified Certified Iyengar Yoga teachers. They complement and help enrich transformations on your path in yoga. Topics range from focused learning on a particular category of yogasanas, home practice and yoga philosophy.

Seattle Iyengar Yoga Studio offers a half-day immersion on Black Friday this year! Choose a transformative day after Thanksgiving over the frenzied pace of shopping. We join together to expand our body awareness and mind.
The morning will begin with a few yoga sutras for reflection and discussion, followed by a led pranayama (yogic breathing) practice for inner stillness.
After a short break, we will begin our asana (yoga posture) practice, focusing on rejuvenation and vitality.
